Guardare Raises $5.6 Million in Oversubscribed Follow-On Round, Bringing Total Funding to $10.7 Million

Album and Ten Eleven Ventures return, joined by Tampa Bay Ventures, DeepWork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund.

TAMPA BAY, Fla., October 19, 2026— Guardare, Inc., provider of an AI-powered Exposure Assessment Platform, today announced the closing of an oversubscribed $5.6 million follow-on funding round, bringing the company’s total funding to $10.7 million. Existing investors Album VC and Ten Eleven Ventures participated alongside new investors Tampa Bay Ventures, DeepWork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund.

The new investment builds on Guardare’s $5.1 million seed round announced in June 2025 and will support continued product development, customer growth, and expansion of the company’s operations in Florida.

Organizations of all sizes rely on cybersecurity tools that often provide separate views of the same environment, leaving gaps between what each product sees and how risks connect. Guardare brings those views together across users, devices, applications, and cloud environments to uncover misconfigurations, missing protections, and combinations of weaknesses that could enable an attack. This gives security teams and IT departments a clearer path to reducing exposure while identifying underused capabilities and overlapping tools that can drive unnecessary costs.

Guardare’s leadership includes CEO and Co-Founder Lars Letonoff and President and Founder Dane Fiori. Both bring experience helping scale KnowBe4, informing Guardare’s focus on making cybersecurity more practical and accessible for the teams responsible for protecting their organizations

““Despite record-high spending throughout cybersecurity, companies still often struggle to identify where they are most vulnerable and what needs to be prioritized; Guardare helps answer those questions and solves some of the biggest pain-points for organizations. Lars and Dane’s experience helping scale KnowBe4 gives them exceptional insight into this market and what it takes to build a leading cybersecurity company. That combination of customer need, product vision, and proven leadership is exactly what we look for at DeepWork,” said Ken Hall, Partner, DeepWork Capital.

“Businesses need practical ways to protect themselves against increasingly complex cyber threats. We’re proud that Guardare has decided to scale their operations here in Florida and build a leading cybersecurity company that can help protect organizations across our state and beyond,” said Matt Swanson, Interim Executive Director, Florida Opportunity Fund.
